Not connecting with the Sports app on my phone

I have the TomTom cardio watch. I have downloaded the app on my phone, but I am not able to connect my watch to my app. Each time I try to connect them my app says I entered the wrong pin. I enter the number that appears on my watch.

    Welcome to the Community & sorry about my late reply!

    Are you using the Android™ or iOS device to sync your Spark 3? If it's an iOS device then make the iPhone forget the watch in the Bluetooth settings. (Tap the next to the watch and then "Forget device". After that, you should be able to pair the watch again.)

    For Android devices, fully un-pair it from your Android™ device, then pair it again following these steps in public FAQ: Troubleshooting the connection between your watch and your Android™ device

    I am using the iOS. I did what you said but it is still saying wrong pin number. Thank you for your help!
