Runner 3 - Songs not playing in any particular sequence

Hi

When playing songs, they play in no particular order - not as per the playlist. When navigating through the songs it also loops multiple times through a few songs before selecting a new one. This makes finding a particular song extremely difficult and time consuming.

Anyone experience this and are there any solutions?
