European map upgrade issues purchased but not offered in MyDrive Connect

How long does it normally take before a European map upgrade you have ordered and paid for (as vouched by Amex) appears on the TomTom app ready for download ??

Bought the upgrade on Saturday but no sign of it two days later ...

Help as off to Europe at the weekend
