Spark 3 Strap Broken

I am using my watch only for Running and in outdoor activity, otherwise I always Use formal watch, I had purchased my TomTom watch in Jan17, with the short use also the strap had broken and TOMTOM does not have straight way replacement procedure , i need to purchase I guess, is there any procedure to claim the strap.

    No but try calling customer care if you still have a warranty.Otherwise,you need to purchase one.

    The best way to avoid damaging the strap is to not take the watch out of the strap when charging. It is designed so that the dock slips between the watch and the band which limits the amount of twisting. Also, when taking it on and off do not yank on the strap, pull it gently to the desired tightness then snap it in place, which puts less stress on rubber. The strap is covered under warranty. Call Customer support and they will take care of it, they are very good about replacing them. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    Hi tfarabaugh, it's great that tomtom support are so helpful - but it would be better that the strap doesn't break so often in the first place. Any advice on 'care and maintenance' of the silicon strap or better still buying from an alternative manufacturer?
