Error uploading GPX files to the GO 60 device

After a software update a few weeks ago for a GO 60 I get this error message when a .gpx file is selected to import--"An error occurred. This file cannot be uploaded". I get the same error message when trying to upload .gpx files from a year ago--which loaded fine then. The TomTom website didn't offer any help. Any thoughts?

    Superusers
    Try to do a soft reset. Press and hold the ON button, until you hear the drum roll. Also there needs to be I think at least 400MB free space on the device's internal storage to be able to upload anything.

    Thanks for the reply. I had done a soft reset with no improvement. I then located and used the free software program at www.tyretotravel.com that enabled the import of the files. So far so good!

    Welcome to the Community!

    Unfortunately, we're currently experiencing a technical issue with syncing ov2 and gpx files with MyDrive. We're working hard to find a solution as soon as possible.

    Which browser are you using? We currently recommend the following browsers (latest versions):
    • Firefox
    • Google Chrome
    • Vivaldi
    • Safari
