Spark- Strap broken

    Strap was dispatched from holland on wednesday and arrived today. Thank you TomTom

    3 broken straps in 10 months, all in the same place.
    I'm not even in training at the moment so it's just being used as a watch under no adverse conditions.
    I would not recommend this watch to anyone, it's not fit for purpose.
    Tomtom will not give me my money back but they have promised to replace the strap each time it breaks.
    That's great but it will be annoying to have to call them every 3 months for a new strap for the rest of the watches lifetime. Why can't they make a tougher strap.
    According to the last representative I talked to, the problem with the strap is well known and 50-60% of customers need a new strap within a matter of months.
    Come on Tomtom, pick up your game. Your brand is becoming pretty tarnished.

    Now through my second strap ...
    I have a Spark and am very happy with it. In January 2017 my strap broke and customer service replaced it -- very helpful. However, it just broke again (less than 8 months in). I'm hoping they replace it again and get a handle on this issue. Tim
