Difference between Spark 3 and Spark 3 Cardio

Hi everyone,
I am looking into buying the Spark 3 watch, however there is also Spark 3 cardio model which is slightly more expensive. I cannot seem to find any differences between them?

    The Spark 3 Cardio has the built in HR sensor, the Spark 3 does not. Well worth the investment as far as I am concerned. The technology is not perfect but it is still much better than a chest strap.
