Rounds on Android backup

Good day

I have a new phone and copied all rounds in the installation folder.
But the app does not show them.

New rounds are ok but not the old ones.

Does any body has a solution..

    I guess the problem is with where you copied the files to. See this article on how to backup the rounds. It gives you the storage location.

    Thanks for yr reply.
    That is exactly what i did.
    In the folder all my previous rounds are there.
    yesterday i played a new round and this one shows up in the app.
    When i check the folder then this new round is exactly where my other rounds are even the number was chanced in the next sequel

    00940058_20170520_090029_null_null.ttbin ----> old round created on old android phone
    00940059_20170523_183254_null_null.ttbin ----> new round created on new android phone

    Unfortanatly only the new round is now in the golfer app

    I really need the old data on the app.

    Would it be possible to get a screenshot? I get .golf2 files created on my iPhone. I see that you're in Android, though.

    Below the reply field there is an icon showing a landscape. Clicking this lets you add an image.

    Is there already a solution for this.

    It is taking a long time now, and all my rounds saved on a previous phone will not be seen on the new phone, after copying to the correct directory (Android)

    is this problem already resolved? I do have the same problems with my new samsung mobile. Old rounds doesn't show up after i moved the old rounds to the new Phone.

    Final tests on an update to the Android app that should fix this issue are ongoing. We're releasing as soon as we can.

    Can you connect your watch to your computer? TomTom Sports Connect should now offer a software update.

    Update this morning and all my history rounds are visible again.
