Watch not syncing each days activity and cycle aspect not working

I have noticed 3 days this week it hasn't downloaded the 19000 daily steps on to iPhone or internet- my week so far is 89000 on watch but only shows on iPhone and pc as 49000 and misses off 3 days entirely. I also went for a cycle ride and it doesn't work at all.
