Runner does pair with mobile phone app (iPhone 6) but activity is not shown in activities on the app

i had a 11 km run today my phone and the app synct but the activity was not uploaded to my my sports account .
even tried to upload it with my computer (iMac). Sync was completed but activity is not shown in my account

    I would give it a while, sometimes there are server issues and it will show up later. By the way, if it synced on the app with no errors, it will not also sync on the computer, it is either/or. Once it syncs the data is deleted from the watch so there is nothing so sync on the computer.
