Hi, I have recently bought the Runner 3 Cardio and I am learning the tricks. I have used te "Free-style" function, and after cca. 3km (30 min) I presesed the pause on the watch for about 15 min. After that, I went back with the work-out, turning off the "pause mode" and get going for additional 20 minutes. Now, after synchronizing with the phone, it seems the watch counted the time spent on work-out, but did not record the route and add the km's. Anybody has idea what might got wrong? The watch was acting normally - HR monitor was OK, GPS was full... Not sure what might be wrong.
Thanks for any advices.

Honestly, my guess is it was operator error as I have never heard of this happening. I have done it myself, forgetting to bring it back out of pause when I thought I did. I would try a factory reset just in case it is a firmware issue. If it happens again, call Customer Support, who can investigate it deeper. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
