Touch and App don't sync

My Touch shows i have done 8024 steps but the app only shows 2892. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled the device and connected it to my laptop but it still isn't syncing properly. This is the second time it has happened and i am thinking of returning it as it is useless if it doesn't sync properly. Support are useless - it is known problem but no solutions.

    I can see that you already reported this to the Customer Support and they requested additional information to investigate the cause of this. Let us know how it goes!
