Bought new HRM strap, but won't connect to the watch

Hi!

I bought a new TomTom runner 2 a while ago, but i lot my heartmonitor few weeks later. Yesterday i bought a new tom-tom heartmonitor but it won't attach to the watch?

What should i do?

    Welcome to the Community!

    I can see that your watch has 1.8.46 software version installed on it and there's a new VERSION 1.8.52 released after that. it's available for download via Sports Connect.

    I would advise you to update your watch with the latest software first and follow the FAQ here to pair the external heart rate monitor: How do I add an external heart rate monitor to my GPS Watch?
