Login/Password reset

Hi there,

I have been trying to login into my account. I followed the link given from forgot my password (a few times), unfortunately I cannot pass the reset the password page. Clicked on the icon "reset password" but nothing happens.

Can anyone please help?

    Hi Cindy,

    Welcome to the Community!

    Did you try to reset your password from here? I just tested it and it worked fine. If it's the emailed link not working it might be your email program blocking it. You can just copy-paste the link to your browser.

    my friend has a similar issue that he needs to reset his password, and the tool doesnt work. the company TOMTOM doesnt respond to his emails, so he has a device that needs to update the maps. this company has the worst customer service and a really bad password reset tool.. simply tasks..
