I connect my watch to upload the latest software, but it says loading golf courses and seems to be stuck in this mode....cannot use the watch
Any advice on this matter???
Are you using Android/iOS MySports App ? Have you tried to un-pair or forget your watch Bluetooth® Settings menu of your smartphone?
I can see that your Golfer has the latest 1.0.25 software version installed on it, did the golf course update has completed as well? Please make sure that your PC/laptop doesn't go in Sleep mode while updating the courses, You can check the sleep mode under the Power Options of the Control Panel.
