Just got blue&me tomtom2 live, with my new Fiat Punto. Mounted in car, seemed ok, but asked me to register on my computer. Connected to laptop and was led to updates, which i did. Problem is, it has wiped maps off unit. Tried to re install, but was getting some sort of error. Then telling me disconnect and re connect device. Tried customer services, who sent me out new cable which didn't work. Was told some sort of firewall issue. Also, after trying to download map, My drive connect is saying that my map is corrupted. This has gone on for two weeks now, and still no closure to a fix for this. So, would appreciate any help that anyone can give me, before I consider taking a hammer to it.
