Sometimes Autoshot detection not working

My NEW 04.04.2017 watch golfer 2 does not autodetect, It only works sometimes,
Have tried recovery mode and reinstall the software with latest ones, I can confirm the recovery mode makes no difference at all

I'm a lefthanded golfer.

It's bad that TomTom sells a watch that does not work, 8 months ago, there was the same problem.

If the problem can not be resolved, I'll send the clock back to TomTom within 30 days.

    Sorry to hear about your experience with the Golfer 2 watch. There's a beta update in testing that will improve shot detection for left handers but it won't be out anytime soon.

    I can see that you already contacted our customer support to sort this and they'll be able to help you further in this case.
