    Thanks for reporting this!

    We have an investigation going into Bluetooth® connectivity issues. Removing pairings and re-pairing seems to be the most efficient troubleshooting step.

    Should this not help you sort this out, please report this to Customer Service. They'll be able to gather the relevant details for our technicians to investigate further.
