Despite having been sent an activation code, I cannot access this promotional offer. Can anyone help?

    Yes, I think TomTom need to re-write their acceptance email the one that you get once your device purchase has been verified and offers you the purchase code. It clearly states that you just have to go to the TomTom web shop at www.tomtom.com using your unique code! When in fact you have to connect your device first and use MyDrive Connect and services...Blah....How many have struggled with this?
