Updating the Start 20 device

My GPS was updating and crashed midway, and now i can´t finish the update, its been hours and it doesn´t pass the 29%!
I'm going to make 2000 km tomorrow and i really dont know what i'm going to do!
PLEASE, HELP!

    ive tried removing the USB, now it says that it cant find any map, and whenever i connect it to the PC it starts automatically update all over again, i cant do anything else

    Sorry can't help you but I have the same problem with my go 5000.
    TT says no map found and my drive connect says map is damaged.
    Trying to fix it for the last three days.
