Lifetime maps on VIA 1605

I have had a TomTom 1605 for a couple of years. I regularly update it but Maps, which was included as Lifetime update benefit, does not update. I still have version v8.9. Can you do something about that? Thanks John Harries

    Contact Customer Services (they are open Saturdays in the US) to sort out your map subscription
