GO LIVE 825 not responding when connected to MyDrive Connect

Tried to update satnav after downloading latest version, now says 'go825 not responding.' Page changes to 'my content when I plug it in but remains blank. Any ideas please.

    Sorted thanks, turns out the problem was wifi, or at least when I deleted and rebooted connection, everything worked well.
