Live services not connecting on the GO LIVE 1005

Hi , I own a tomtom golive 1005 and have not been able to go live services on my device for a long time , my device is fully updated and my subscription to live services is valid until 2018
Has any one got the same problem or had the same problem , would love to fix this as I have tried every thing I know it driving me mad also I am paying for a service that I am not receiving

    Please, see this FAQ [support FAQ – TomTom Traffic/LIVE services not working]. Please note, that factory resetting your device will delete your saved favourites, home location and recent destinations. You can save your favourites to your computer [Support FAQ - Save Favourites]

    Should that not help you solve your issue, please contact Customer Service and provide them with the information mentioned in the end of the FAQ. With that information they'll be able to investigate your issue further.
