Help - Purchased Map & LIVE service still not available after 48 hours

I purchased a UK map update and a LIVE service on 16th Feb and these updates are still not available in MyDrive Connect.

I have uninstalled and re-installed MyDrive Connect and re-booted PC.

My device is a Blue&Me 2 LIVE Fiat supplied Unit.

Can someone in support please help?

    They have some issues with purchases now. They will pick it up on Monday and fix it.
