Unable to connect to live services

Hi i have recently purchased a MX5 venture edition with tomtom satnav NVA-SD8110. I am unable to connect to live services.. when i look on the connection status screen it says 'not connected' and the SIM id and IMEI are blank. I have also updated the SD card tothe latest version.
Any ideas how to get it working?

    You might try support:

    United Kingdom

    Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

    They should be able to activate SIM from their end (might need 2nd level support for it)

    Did you fix,i have the same fault. subscribed yesterday to live services £55 but wont connect.Error codes 30 and sometimes 515.
