Delivery time - cancelling order

Placed an order for TomTom Bandit on Sunday 5th Feb. 24 hours later the status is still "in progress" - delivery time was advertised as 2-3 working days via UPS.

I've purchased this for my ski trip on the 10th. If the status doesn't change from "in progress" to "dispatched" how can I cancel the order? JL can deliver this item next day, I now feel sorry for using the main TomTom website instead of other suppliers who were able to deliver this item next day (Amazon, JL)
