Unable to purchase updated Western Europe maps for TomTom One New Edition

Using TomTom Home, whenever we move to purchase/Checkout we get a 504 server error.
Image attached.
All other updates have run on the device.

    Welcome to the Community!

    Your device is not affected by the changes on maps and services availability at this point. If the software version on your device is indeed what you state in your profile, I'd recommend you to start by updating the software. You'll need the latest software version (v7.903) to be able to use a new map.

    However, if you've never updated the map on your device you might consider upgrading your device to a more recent model instead. Our latest models come with Lifetime World Maps, TomTom Traffic and Speed Cameras. Please, get in touch with Customer Service as they can help you find a suitable model and make you an offer :D
