Bandit external microphone connector not staying in place.

Hi, i have a TomTom external microphone for the bandit, butafter some time of use connecting / disconnecting the bottom part of the connector
Will not stay in the socket. The top with the button does stick. But when I lift up the connector the top comes loose too and fall out of the socket..
I think there is a little ledge that broke.. Is there any way to fix it?

    I would imagine this is a service issue and you may need to contact the Customer Service team in your area. Or you could use some Sugru and make your own holder

    Hi, as "the-civvie" said, try the customer support but if you're out of warranty you might have to buy a new battery stick.
