No maps found on GO 500 after an update

After updates via MyDrive Connect my GO 500 shows only 'No maps available'.
I contacted the TomTom support team. But after several notes exchange I saw only low the team skill.
MyDrive Connect makes the updated device not working properly, that is absolutely unacceptable.
The error message issued by MyDrive Connect dosen't contain any tip what is a root of the problem.

    If not, afraid you'll need to contact support again. This time, ask for 2nd level support if you are not getting the issue resolved.

    Users can not update their maps. Posted in support day no one read my update request
