GO 5100- Speed Camera update fails after reaching 100%

5100 Lifetime Speed Camera update repeatedly reaches the '100% Finishing Up' stage but this is followed by '...some items weren't updated' and I am referred back to 'My Content'. The update has not been installed.
Advice would be much appreciated.

    I now see on the Menu on my 5100 device, 'The device automatically receives location updates for fixed and mobile cameras in real time." I assume, therefore, that the invitation to update my 'Speed Cameras' that appears in MyDrive Connect is not applicable, even though the invitation specifically refers to Life Time Speed Camera Updates.

    Is this interpretation correct?

    Hi Bunnyrabbit,

    Welcome to the forum!

    Your device indeed receives camera updates every minute regardless of whether you've updated them with MyDrive Connect. Updating them occasionally also with your computer ascertains that you have the latest cameras also in case there's an interruption with the connection to TomTom Services.
