MyDrive Connect- 'Sorry, we're temporarily unable to find your registered devices' error

Hi All

Even though Mydrive Connect knows I have a Go 5000 it seems when I try and buy another map (Middle East) I keep getting "Sorry - we are temporarily unable to find your registered devices". Driving me nuts and I am due in Dubai in a couple of days. Any ideas?
