trying to login to mydrive connect and getting error..

hi, iv just taken my sat nav out of storage and installed all the necessary software for it. (mydrive connect) however when trying to login to my account to download all the latest drivers it is saying "The login session has expired. Please try again." iv tried multiple times with windows restarts and its not working. i tried to login on website and its fine. logs in no problem, it just wont log in on mydrive connect. is this a known problem and is there a solution. my system info is as follows.
Windows 10 Home
Version 1511
OS Build 10586.420
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @2.5GHz
Installed RAM 16GB
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

anyone know what i need to do to fix this? thanks
