Same here Missed this list and was too lazy to create one. Also due to the 1 hour limit for correction, it was a show stopper for me to create a similar list. Would make it messy to update.
Niall, really appreciate the list and use it often. Just a couple of things about the Canada (en) listing (besides the smiley face).
1. Not really necessary to show the + (or even the 1, though the users know to use it).
2. The times for the weekday show EST (Eastern Standard Time) while the weekends show EDT (Eastern daylight time). They should both show the same (EST or EDT). We are on EDT till November in most of North America).
The Canada(En) info is lifted directly from their support site, so TT have got it wrong! You had better contact them to get it corrected (tongue in cheek)

Bless you!! They have the worst web site. I've been meandering around for the past 1/2 hour trying to renew my subscription. Maybe now I can do it over the phone.
The is no use calling the number in The Netherlands unless you have nothing to do for an hour or so.. The CS in the NL is getting worse by the day and the support site is also not working. Been contacting the HQ and they are getting a lot of complains over the non existing CS.
The support site works fine here. If you tried to call them recently, they had some server issues during the weekend, which most likely caused them a lot of extra calls.
They have the number(s) on the contact page. Bottom of this page, Support, Contact us. Either enter the model or select "no TomTom device yet" and the number will be there.
Unfortunately TomTom no longer provide support in Russian. There're also no Russian support pages (they re-direct to the UK pages) and no support number offered. So I have arranged for the old number to be edited out. Thank you to user Kuzya for pointing this out
Niall, as you know, I really appreciate the list you maintain and use it FREQUENTLY when posting information in this forum. That said, the next time you choose to do revisions, can you remove the +1 from the Canada listings please?
I believe Neil is accurately copying the display by TomTom and which is generally careless and inconsistent. For another example, that Canadian entry claims their support times are EST on weekdays and EDT on Saturdays. TomTom does not change their hours seasonally and the correct display should simply be Eastern Time. I suggest you get on TomTom's case and ask them to tidy up their own mess.
Due to changes in South American offices number have been updated.
Also "it is advised that Spanish speaking Latin Americans to use the Mexican office to get support".

I've edited the Canada time.
Cheers,
Chris
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT
But why create a list with the need for constant seasonal changing and that also invites such errors? Surely something like:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time
would have a far longer shelf life without any maintenance.
Hi,
Sorry about that, it didn't seem to like my edit. I've changed it again now.
Regarding how the times are shown, I'll pass your feedback on to our website team.
Cheers,
Chris
