Has there been a change in the Sign In code?

The behavior of Sign In, until a day or so ago, was to return the browser to the same page that had been displayed while clicking the Sign In button. Now clicking on Sign In, and after entering Email and Password, redirects my browser to some blank page. This is with Firefox 39.0 under 32 bit XP and also 64 bit Windows 7 Pro.

Hi all,
This is currently being looked at by the forum team. Hopefully it will be resolved very soon.
A workaround that seems to be working for me is to sign in (this is where you will receive the blank page), and then try to sign in again after reloading the page. The second time you log in you won't be asked for any credentials and you should be signed in automatically.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Cheers,

The forum login page and the TT support page are linked. I can see some updates on their contact page (which is part of the support page) and that has an affect on the forum login too. If you have a close look, you can see that the forum login page and the "contact us" pages are getting the facelift of the new main TT layout.0

I still have issues in IE11 and have to resort to a workaround.
1. Provide correct email address/password for the link to this site I have
2. Clicking 'log in' redirects sends me to a page not found error.
3. Close tab
4. Open link again
5. click grey log in button
6. Am now showing correct user name and carry on........0 -
Hi all,
I have just tried Firefox, Chrome and IE 11. All seem to be letting me log in fine now. Please do let me know if this still isn't the case for you.

Hi,
It worked for me when I logged in with an Austrian account, no problem. I would recommend trying a different browser. If that doesn't work, contact customer support and they can place the order for you.

Thanks for your tip - but i tried Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 39.0, Maxthon 4.4.4.2000, in normal and also every browser in private mode. I've also cleared the Cache - but nothing helped.
I think that my account is damaged, so i want to delete my account and create a new one. But i couldn't find a way how to delete my account.
btw: i'm the cio in an austrian company, so i know how to handle with browsers and credentials. This is not a normal problem, and as an technically oriented person i would prefer to place my order and pay it online and not over phone.
Kind regards, Thomas0 -

Hi,
That sounds fair enough. In this case I would suggest just giving customer support a call or email and they should be able to recreate your account for you. Once this is done you should be able to place the order without issue.

It's playing up again.
Today and yesterday I get an error message on sign in "An error has occurred...". But after a pause, and ignoring the message, I get signed in as usual.
Also, yesterday the Forum seemed a little slow in responding.0 -
