    The tunnel seems visible on this map: https://mydrive.tomtom.com/en_gb/. Are you saying the map on your device does not show the same tunnel? Which map version are you using? See here how to find out: http://www.tomtom.com/12214.

    Not only that, the new Go in-car machines have a new and utterly complicated interface on them. The old ones were so simple. Choice of Home, Favourite, Address or Recent Destination. Try to find this stuff on the new ones and try to set up a favouriote! An IT department without proper management, I'd say.

    How you are going to bring together not correctly working data transmission on motorbike products (see hoarse voice...) and real-time maps which will need this transmission?

    After complete the migration to the next generation map plataform, when we will have weekly or monthly updates?

    Updates that take more than a year to appear on the maps are impracticable.
