    Sorry, just called in Mexico. Tom Tom does not offer support by phone anymore. Go to the page they suggest. What a bad customer service. Really!

    Think you will find that
    "Estamos experimentando dificultades en nuestro Sistema telefónico. Estamos investigando la incidencia urgentemente. Disculpe las molestias."
    ie
    "We are experiencing difficulties in our Telephone System. We are investigating the incidence urgently. Sorry for the inconvenience."

    Just updated them again - changes in orange

    Note:-
    • Loss of Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Turkey
    • Denmark and Norway take a 1 hour lunch break
    • Poland changed hours for weekdays other than Monday
    • Netherlands reverted back to 9:00 - 17:00 for all weekdays

    Seems TomTom have pulled out of supplying phone services in South America so have edited list appropriately

    • Denmark, Finland & India have gone to "Chat"only
    • New Zealand change hours
    there are still a few outstanding changes that need conformation by @VikramK with regards to Estonia, Indonesia, Ireland & Morocco

    hi when i connect my via 135 with lifetime maps it says charging on the device but does not say connected on my MacBook on the my drive connective never tried to do an update till now, and i can't see its connected as nothing happens on the software page,ive got the latest my drive

    There is only Customer Support via Chat or Message.

    Tap Support at top of this page
    Then you Must sign in on next page top right
    After signing in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Type Chat or Contact in message box
    You should now be offered Chat if open, Mon/Fri working hours.
