Carminat activation code cannot be redeemed in HOME

More and more customers (and Renault dealers) are contacting us because the activation code for their Map Update Service cannot be redeemed. 

The error message that appears after submitting the activation code is: "The submitted code is correct, but the service is not meant for this type of device" 

This is strange, because in all these cases the scratch cards are bought at Renault dealer and in all these cases the Carminat deivce is associated to the correct account.

Today I already received two calls about this issue. Luckily for us we can easily solve this issue by redeeming the code in SAT, but it would obviously be much more convenient if cust/ dealer can do this themselves.

Today happened in 141121-002828 and 141121-003520.
