I thought I'd update everyone on the progress of the mySports issue.

I suppose for everybody's amusement.  I'm not laughing so much

    a) I have all the passwords written down in a secure encrypted file

so can't understand how my logon fails

    b) There is no password reset on the webpage - come on!

    c) I raised a support case

    d) After some days, an answer came back that they wanted more information

Notibly my serial number of the watch.  I did not argue and just sent it

    e) This serial number got passed around I suppose and I just got back another email days later>>

Anyways, I thank you for the serial number. I forwarded it to our technicians now and let you know asap Whenthere is a solution.

    So yes, still waiting.

I've been unable to sign in to the Mysport page for two days.  It has to be one of the most poorly designed sign-in pages I've seen.  I was leery about buying a TomTom monitor - their website design and functionality are less than user friendly.  Good products - very poor consumer support.  I wonder if I'll ever get into the site and hear from tech support!

Okay this is what has worked and I will try to keep it short!

    a) Raised support case

    b) They deleted "my account"   (mySports I'm guessing because they did not precisely specify)

    c) told me to redownload and RE install client software on the PC, I did that

    d) then it prompts you to logon,

    e) I created a mySports account and linked it to my existing and not deleted mapmyfitness

    f) I relucantly made mysports and mapmyfitness and tomtom same userid and password.

    g) I wrote it all down in my top secret, double encrypted file

AND NOW you will all be shocked to hear that my watch has developed a Fault ...

Play Misty for Me ... yes there is condensation below the display!   I don't believe it.  So I've rasied another support request.   And due to Easter, well they would be forgiven for not replying just yet.
