activity data no correct

Hi everybody, :D

I'm writing because i don't know how to solve the problem that i have. I bought tomtom multisports watch a few weeks ago. I tried it only with indoor cycling sessions for now and i got a problem when i visualize activity details on mysports and mapmyfitness. it shows cadence/speed and heartbeat data incorrect. i don't know why it recording them for only 8-10 seconds. The total distance, average speed and final time are correct. During on session, cadence/speed and heartbeat data are shown correctly on my watch.

Also, on main screen appear this message: "sorry, something went wrong, try again"...i click on try again, the page is reload but this message reappear and datas are still incorrect.

I hope anyone can help me. :D

    I have the same message 'Something went wrong, try again' and I can't see the activity details. Did you already found the solution for this? Thanks for your help. Best regards, Alain

    I have the same thing.

    When i want to see Activity Details, i have the error : Sorry, something went wrong.
    TRY AGAIN

    Since Yesterday.

    Why ?

    Hi guys,  :D

    sorry but until now I have not found a solution. Tomtom service told me that there may be a fault in the clock, but I do not think so, because otherwise It would give error even when I do cycling outdoors, but it is not so.

    I'm resigned to live with this anomaly... :(

    Hello,

    TomTom told me to reset the watch. Did all reset types without result. Last version of software 1.6.13.

    We are indeed having some technical issues with uploading activities. We are investigating them and trying to solve them as soon as possible.     Please note, that you can still upload you activities to another site such as MapMyFitness or RunKeeper.

    Hi all,

    You might try the following troubleshooting measures:

    -Remove the cookies for the *.tomtom.com domain in the browser.
    -Try different browser (preferably not IE).
    -Try to register a different email address

    Should this not solve your issue, I'd recommend you to contact Customer Service.

    I have the same problem. All the activity details are in a CSV file that I create but it is not displaying in MySport.  Getting the same message in the iPhone app as well when I try to veiw the activity information.

    Same problem here. Yesterday i posted a topic about this problem. Strange to see there is no follow up on this matter. Does Tomtom care about their clients? Im not talking about 50 euro's or so. Im talking about 300 euro's which is a LOT of money. Whatever i do the watch wont export data i only see the text: " Sorry, something went wrong". Entering data via the windiows explorer gives me the error about data corruption. I think the data is corrupt and if so that means i lost my run. And i do not want a watch that stores corrupt data.

    bkim, yesterday was sunday and today is a holiday in many countries... also you are posting in a user forum: even though some tomtom employees monitor it (and sometimes answer users questions) this is not the official customer support!

    (I'll nevertheless give you a hint or 2 of things you might try in your original post, but can't say for sure if will work)

    For me the problem is solved, now display data correctly, I do not know the cause, however, everything started to work after a Java update ...
    The TomTom software is very poor,   I prefer to use SportTrack and Garmin Connect via the TCX file. 
    Another thing, I noticed that while running the pace variations are not shown immediately, everything is very slow ... My fermware is 1.7xxx

    Instant pace is laggy on the watch, partly by design (the data is lagged and smoothed to avoid having it jump around too much) and partly as a fault (many people feel it is too smoothed so that it is too slow to react). Definitely seems more noticeable with quicker changes in pace (intervals and speed work) than with long steady runs. This is being worked on for future upgrades.
