can I still use my TT go android navigation on more then 1 telephone?

I used this app before on my personal and company phone. But now I have a new company phone TT tells there is no active subscription . This while I am using the ap for years!

    You must download the app and log in with the same login credentials that allowed you to purchase the app.

    This is what I also thought. And how I did it wit the previous phone.
    When I try to login I get:
    There is no active account with these credentials.
    When I go to my account on the tomtom website I asee only my tomtom rider550 but not my GO app under product and also nothing on subscriptions

    Uses the new phone the same Google account than the old phone?
    The supscription is mannaged in the google Playstore.

    No the google account is another one. that cannot be the same for the companypolicies
    On my own phone I also use another google account.
    I must login in the app using my mail address and password
    And that mail adress in not a google account

    Tomtom no longer manages GO navigation subscriptions.
    You must log in to the Play store with the credentials that allowed you to purchase the application.

    I tried that but also that did not work.
    I have 2 google account on my phone tried both

    Go to the play store identify yourself then click on the button << install on another device >> select your phone then install.

    Indeet that works mostly. Do that via the Browser on your pc.

    did not work either. I am rather disappointed.
    Must login om other phone with the same account. Sucks becaus the the phones get synchronized.
    I give up :( I am a tomtom user from the first days with the older devices and the app since the app was released and now think I will switch to an other app where I do not have these problems.
    There are plenty similar apps And maybee also sell my tomtom rider and only use phone navigation in future.
    Bought the 550 to have a similar interface and experience .
