Any chance of adding the vehicle dimensions within "Vehicle Profile" in TomTom Go Navigation App?

    Hi

This applies to tablets is to the phone.

Android 11 builds are too slow when maps are installed on an SD card.

In the Ansroid based Version is the Truck Navigation available. There you can enter vehicle dimensions.
When i am right it is for iOs not supportet.

Yes, the Truck App is available, but it is designed for commercial use, and it is therefore much too expensive for leisure use. We need a comparable version to the TomTom Go Camper.

I received an email telling me that I can benefit from a 50% reduction on the 12-month TRUCK subscription to monitor.

Thanks Willy875, but I'm currently paying £19.99 per year, the Truck subscription is £99.99, so 50% is still too expensive, and it is designed for trucks, with truck stops and trucks speed limits etc. etc.
We need an equivalent to the TomTom Go Camper, and I'm willing to pay a small additional premium subscription for the privilege. The maps with the extra data already exists, so hopefully TomTom management will take pity on us and do it ....

Why is it not possible to install maps on an SD card?

I have a tablet that I want to use and it has only 8 GB of internal memory

    Sygic Truck makes it possible!

If your tablet is running Android 11 or later, installing the map to an SD card is not supported.

I thought you could use SD Cards to store maps. I use a "TomTom Go Camper" when driving my Motorhome, it has a worldwide map capability, and I have inserted an SD Card in its slot to increase the storage capacity.
However, TomTom does the downloading and map sorting, I'm not sure if you can do it using a Tablet though.

Hi Willy875, does that apply only to Tablets running the Android App?
I'm using the App on my Galaxy A50 running Android version 11, can I increase the map storage capacity using an SD Card in it?
