Tomtom go expert 7 coordinate entry to search location

On my Tomtom go expert 7, the coordinate entry menu disappeared after the map update.

    Have you tried Menu > Settings > System > select > Reset device.

    Welcome to the site....
    Maybe the device needs a Satellite fix before it can calculate or display Coordinates ???
    Take the device outside with a clear view to the sky....
    Then perform the soft reset....
    Press and hold the on/off button until your device restarts... This can take more than fifteen seconds....
    Wait a while for the device to get a GPS Fix....
    Recheck if the Coordinate option has appeared....

    We have raised in internal ticket for this issue -> CCARE-3546. The bug seems to impact when you have the Europe map installed.

    As a workaround, could you remove the Europe map and try adding a smaller map region?
