Paid for LIVE Services but not working

I paid 9/9/2022 for live services on my tomtom but they are not active. I ask for activation on my tomtom TAxxxxxxx28. My email is [email protected]

    You are renewing the live service or you have stayed more than 18 months without having renewed the subscription.

    Also check that at the time of purchase you have selected the GPS account.

    Good morning,
    Thank you for your answer.
    I have always had the live services subscription for 12 months active and, once again this year, when it expired, I paid on 6/9/2022 for the annual renewal. They sent me the invoice for the payment by email. But the service is not active. In previous years it was activated when I used the tomtom device on my car.
    I don't remember selecting the GPS account at the time of purchase. In this case what should I do?
