Non existing email address in tomtom mydrive with lost password

How do we change a Non existing email address in tomtom mydrive with lost password, we can not create the email address because gmail does not accept - character in email address, How can we change the email address without knowing password?

    Welcome to the community!
    Performing a factory reset should erase all of the stored data, including the email address.

    Main menu-Settings- System- in the System menu, select Reset

    You can then set up the device with a new email address once the reset procedure is finished.
