What do the symbols that appear on the route planner options mean?

Hi, I'm new to Tomtom and have just purchased a Go Camper Max. When choosing a route different symbols appear along side each alternative route. One looks like a motorway sign and one like a tunnel or bridge. Do these mean that I shouldn't use certain routes due to the size of my van or do they mean they are on the route but are OK to use? I can't find any info anywhere and the user manual is useless. Also the device won't connect via Bluetooth to my phone what ever I try. Any useful help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The symbols mean that in the route tunnels and motorways are used.

Some people do not want to use motorways. So it is a little reminder that you have not avoid motorways or tunnels.
