    Hi @Andy_760

Routes created on your TT device and saved there in the units My Routes will not sync back to your MyDrive Account. What you can do, if you have a Map loaded on the Internal memory, is to insert a fresh Micro SD card, in the extra memory slot, don't format it for Maps when required, then if you go to My Routes on the device you can seek to export the Routes to the Card. Once that is done you can then save the routes to your PC or even import them into your My Drive Account.

Transfer Routes over Micro SDHC Memory Card
    Method... 'Micro SDHC Card'
The example is transferring a Route to a Device... But you can transfer both ways....

To transfer a route to your NAV4 device using a Micro SD Memory Card.....
Format you memory card on your PC to FAT32 format
Copy you .GPX or .ITN route file to your Memory Card

My GO 5000 showing no routes installed...
(It's The same method for my Rider 400 & 550)

Insert the SD Memory card into the Card Slot, the device will recognize the Memory Card.....

Normally on Mydrive if you enter the same e-mail address identifiers of your GPS account your routes are automatically saved.

Thanks, Doug - I was thinking along those lines and was going to get an adapter for the micro SDcard to be able to read it on computer. So 🤞
