TomTom issue you cannot use this map on this device

Yesterday we received our "new" used Renault Megane III and it has the Carminat TomTom Built-in navigation.
As the Navi wasn't showing the location correctly on the map and read about the GPSFix, I've updated the SD-Card with the TomTom home software.
After the update was done and I inserted the SD-card back into the navigation, it showed me the TomTom issue you cannot use this map on this device : Europe-101770.

Now our navigation doens't work at all at the moment.
Reading through the discussion board, a solution would be to delete the current map on the SD-card and download a fresh map install through TomTom Home.
But a TomTom moderator seems to have control on that?

Is there a TomTom moderator who can help us getting the Navigation back to life again?

If you have connected your SD to Tomtom Home
Tomtom Home must have asked you to make a backup
on your computer you must have this backup
copy and paste the map on your SD.

    mmm... I can't remember if a pop-up showed to create a back-up... (Post-Covid issues)

TTH seems to have made a back-up... I'll try that and post the outcome here.
    Thanks for the advice!

To find the location of this backup folder
    - open TT Home
    - Click Tools -> Home Preferences -> Folders
The "InternalMemory" folder is located at the address indicated on the line: "Backup"

If still no save, check back tomorrow to see what the moderator has to say.
