    The issue that was the root of this outage has been fixed.
    We advise performing a soft reset if the services are still not functional.

    For some time now I have not been getting notifications on my tomtom when there are traffic jams or closed roads.

    When I look at settings it says traffic info and speed camera updates activated.

    But when I look further it says at gprs status no connection.
    GPRS model 16.01.202

    When I click on the traffic icon it says tomtom services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. This also stays there despite if I connect the tomtom to a WiFi or Bluetooth connection.

    Either way, my gprs connection remains set to no connection.

    Tomtom has already reset the Sim once and I have already reset the system to factory settings, this could not help.

    What is the solution to get the gprs working again?

    The traffic updates on my Tom Tom device are not working even thought the traffic updates are active.
    Clicking on the traffic option it says "Service Unavailable" further clicking on it says We are having trouble accessing Tom Tom Services. Please try again later.
    Can anyone suggest what needs to be done here?
    Note: I have even reset the device and nothing happend.

    Do you have a sim card built in, or connect to a phone for live updates

    I bought the navigation 12-14 months back but started using is only by August 17, 2022. I get the message since I started using the device.

    Yes it has a sim card built in. it is a Go Premium TomTom Navigation.

    I had the same issue , maybe try a soft reset or factory reset if that doesn't work?
    Also you must be outside to get a GPS signal.

    I tried the factory reset option as well but it did not help at all.

    I am receiving the GPS signal all along.

    I have this morning purchased the traffic update and it continues to say that the service is unavailable - does anyone have any alternate suggestions to force the update?

    it has an internal sim and says that is connected to GPRS. says "cannot connect to tomtom services". if I connect it via wifi to a hotspot it works instantly so I know its not the subscription.
    I have tried both a soft and factory reset any further suggestions?

    The team is working on it and soon it will be fixed.

    traffic and services been unavailable on not just my premium GO but also several other people's GO 5000 etc.
    Whats going on, and when is fix expected.
    Paying the extra premium for your normally excellent traffic is vital to me, my travels and business.

    Hi,
    I use an TomTom Go Premium X with integrated SIM-Card and Lifelong License.
    Since this morning, the Traffic Service didn't work. GPRS-Status = connected. It just works when I connect the TomTom to WLAN.
    I've already made an reset of the device.
    Does TomTom have a problem with the Traffic Service ? If yes, when will it be fixed ?

    I have a go6200 which will connected to mydrive account and traffic if it connected by wifi but when on GPRS it shows as connected with a good signal but will not connected to my account or show traffic

    Anyone else have this ?

    It keep says can't get access to tomtom services. no live traffic.

    I have resetted three times, still same problem.

    Anybody help? I am on an trip now.

    Hello, I also lost traffic, the device is connected to the network, but it does not receive anything, everything works, I reset several times and reset the device, and still nothing tomtom 6250
    via wifi it works, but via a built-in sim card it doesn't work

    I have tomtom 5100 using a simcard and since yesterday I also lost live traffic.
    Few minutes ago it started to work again
