TomTom GO 51 issues

Hi,

My TomTom GO 51 won't update my location, so I can't navigate any routes - it's permanently stuck at my home address.

I can't add the device to my TomTom account - it says a technical issue has occurred.

I checked if it was affected by the 2019 GPS issue, as advised, and entered my serial number - the site told me it was unaffected so no issues there.

I have reset the device but this has also failed to resolve the issue.

Is it that the device is just too old?

Any ideas?!

    Best call them, its been years since i needed to do that, but at one time i was always calling them for help. So if yours is an older unit you might need to call them, depending on your country, find the contact when you login to the tomtom site

    Instead of bothering, create a new Tomtom account with a new email address.
