Start 52 missing map updates

Hi there. I've finally connected my Start 52 up via USB and added to my account in MyDrive Connect. I've run all the available updates and it says my device is up to date. However, when I go to 'MY CONTENT' the 'MY MAPS' section is empty and does not show any maps installed on the device. The device itself shows the installed map as:

United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland 1011.9039

Which looks like the map data that came with the device when we bought it.

I've tried a soft reset and also a recovery using MyDrive, but still the same thing.

How do I update the maps on this device? It said map updates would be available quarterly when we purchased.

    All sorted now.

    I got through to someone on LiveChat and they have added the maps to my account on this device.
